Social Media Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Growth Strategy:

    Build and execute social media plans, driving awareness, leads, and conversions.

  • Content Engine:

    Manage blogs, create / edit videos, reels, and trading content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

  • Campaigns that Convert:

    Run paid + organic campaigns (SEO, email, WhatsApp funnels) with clear ROI targets.

  • Workshops & Events:

    Drive sign-ups for online/offline workshops and convert engagement into brokerage accounts.

  • Measure What Matters:

    Track KPIs — reach, CTR, conversions — and optimize based on insights.

  • Trendspotting:

    Stay ahead of trading & social trends, use trendjacking smartly.

  • Automation First:

    Use AI tools, automation, and analytics platforms to streamline workflows.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years in social/digital marketing (finance, edtech, or trading a plus).
  • Deep understanding of social algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
  • Proven track record of growing followers → leads → conversions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEM tools, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
