Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling daily content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
Support in managing content calendars and ensuring timely posting.
Conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
Engage with online communities respond to comments, queries, and messages.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging posts.
Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions).
Assist in rainstorming campaigns, reels ideas, and digital keting strategies.
Help with brand awareness, follower growth, and social media optimization.
Support execution of paid campaigns (if required).

Requirements

Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
Creative thinking and interest in building brand presence online.
Basic knowledge of analytics, hashtags, and content trends.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
En siastic, proactive, and eager to learn digital keting.
Prior experience (even academic or small projects) is an added advantage.
