Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Description:

Picklemonkmedia is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Social Media Marketing Intern who can bring fresh ideas and energy to our team. If you have a knack for creating impactful content that resonates with audiences and know how to boost organic engagement, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for managing and curating content across our social media channels, developing strategies to increase organic reach, and running Meta Ads to maximize visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging social media posts that reflect the unique voice of Picklemonkmedia.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase organic engagement and followers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Leverage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to run targeted ad campaigns that drive conversions.
• Analyze and report social media metrics, adjusting strategies for continued improvement.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and experiment with new content formats to keep our audience engaged.
• Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Digital Marketing course or certification is a major plus.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience or interest in running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) is preferred.
• Creative with an eye for design and detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
