About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook), understands trends, and knows how to turn content into performance. You’ll own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns, SEO, and lead generation, while closely collaborating with our content team to align creativity with conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns: awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion
• Stay on top of Meta platform trends, Reels content formats, and evolving ad formats
• A/B test creative hooks, captions, reels, thumbnails, and formats to improve performance
• Track and analyze key metrics: CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM, CAC, and optimize accordingly
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels when relevant
• Set up tracking, reporting dashboards, and conversion events (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Collaborate with the design and video teams to shape performance-first creative assets
• Run and optimize email or funnel campaigns for lead generation (optional)

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Are proficient in Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, and audience segmentation
• Understand Instagram/FB content trends, especially Reels, memes, and viral formats
• Have a good sense of what content performs well vs. what doesn’t—and why
• Are confident interpreting data and turning insights into strategy
• Bonus: Have experience in a creative/media/branding agency or with D2C brands

Tools You Should Know

• Ad Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, Search Console
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest
• Other: Notion, Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp/Klaviyo

Compensation

CTC: Based on experience
