• Assist in the recruitment process – posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interview

s• Support in onboarding and orientation for new interns/employee

s• Help maintain and update HR databases and employee record

s• Coordinate with team leads and management for intern engagement and performance trackin

g• Draft and circulate HR communications, reports, and feedback form

s• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming session

s• Assist in organizing virtual HR initiatives – training sessions, employee engagement, and team-building activitie
