Blow our minds.đ What Youâll Be Doing:Running our brandâs social media like it's your own personal creative playground. Canva Pro is your playground: You should be able to create reels thumbnails, festive posts, carousels, event stories, and engaging content using Canva (no Adobe needed). CapCut or InShot mastery: Basic video editing for reels, event highlights, before/after transformations, and creative short-form content. Meta Ad Basics: Should know how to set up Instagram/Facebook ads, select target audience, budget, and run AB tests. Analytics & Reporting: Understand basics of insights â whatâs working, whatâs not. You should love tweaking things for better reach and conversions. Meta Pixel Awareness: You donât have to be a developer, but you should know what Meta Pixel is and why it matters for ad optimization and tracking.
