Location: Remote | Duration: 3 Months (with possible extension)

Stipend: 3000 PM | Start Date: ASAP

Are you the kind of person who can make people stop scrolling just with a post? Do you live and breathe reels, memes, campaigns, and color palettes?

Can you write captions that convert and design visuals that slap?

Then we want YOU.

But here’s the twist... 🎭

• 💥 We DON’T want your boring, one-page, Times New Roman résumé. 📄 All standard CVs will be rejected without being read. 🤖 No ATS. No filters. Just human eyes and creative minds reviewing your work. 🧠 So send us the most creative CV you’ve ever made. PDF? Portfolio site? Video? Instagram page? Animated comic strip? Your call. Blow our minds.🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:Running our brand’s social media like it's your own personal creative playground.

Canva Pro is your playground: You should be able to create reels thumbnails, festive posts, carousels, event stories, and engaging content using Canva (no Adobe needed).

CapCut or InShot mastery: Basic video editing for reels, event highlights, before/after transformations, and creative short-form content.

Meta Ad Basics: Should know how to set up Instagram/Facebook ads, select target audience, budget, and run AB tests.

Analytics & Reporting: Understand basics of insights – what’s working, what’s not. You should love tweaking things for better reach and conversions.

Meta Pixel Awareness: You don’t have to be a developer, but you should know what Meta Pixel is and why it matters for ad optimization and tracking.

Creative Thinking: Able to come up with cool, viral-worthy ideas aligned with Maachao’s vibe – colorful, bold, and happy!
