About the Role

Social Media Marketing Intern

You’ll be working directly with our founder to decode trends, build short-form content systems, and turn ideas into high-performing LinkedIn posts.


Responsibilities

  1. Research viral LinkedIn & X posts by founders and startup creators — identify hooks, structure, tone, and formats.
  2. Maintain a weekly trend log of what works and why.
  3. Write and refine 3–4 LinkedIn posts/week in the founder’s tone (insight-driven, authentic, and conversational).
  4. Collaborate with design/editorial teams to create carousels and visual posts.
  5. Analyze engagement metrics to learn what type of content resonates.
  6. Brainstorm content topics around DevTools, SaaS, Infra, and startup GTM.
  7. Repurpose podcast snippets or ideas into short, high-performing posts.
  8. Prepare quick summaries of emerging trends or viral storytelling frameworks.
  9. Experiment with hooks, storytelling styles, and post formats.
  10. Support broader content initiatives — Reddit threads, community insights, and founder engagement posts.
