Role: Content & Social Media Intern

Responsibilities:

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) to promote affiliate campaigns.

Assist in developing promotional material for influencers/affiliates.

Monitor Luxcera’s brand presence across platforms.

Support with copywriting, hashtags, and trend research.

Analyze engagement and suggest creative strategies to improve reach.

Requirements:

Strong interest in fashion and styling.

Basic Canva/Photoshop/Reel editing skills.

Active on social media with awareness of trends.

Strong writing and storytelling skills.

We’re looking for a Affiliate, Influencer & Creative Marketing Intern who can help us scale our influencer program and create engaging content.

What you’ll do:

✨ Onboard & manage affiliates and fashion influencers

✨ Coordinate influencer gifting & campaigns

✨ Track performance of affiliate links & influencer collaborations

✨ Research fashion influencers & social media trends

✨ Create banners, posts, reels, and short videos for campaigns

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Passion for fashion & social media

✔️ Strong communication & relationship skills

✔️ Video editing + banner design skills (Canva/Photoshop/CapCut/Adobe tools)

✔️ Organized, detail-oriented & good with Google Sheets/Excel

✔️ Creative mindset with an eye for influencer-driven content
