Role Overview:

Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor daily trends, hashtags, and industry updates to suggest fresh content ideas.
• Support in designing creatives using Canva or similar tools (basic editing).
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with brand guidelines.
• Engage with the community reply to comments, DMs, and manage basic customer interaction.
• Track performance of posts and campaigns using basic analytics tools.
• Assist in organizing and executing influencer outreach or collaborations.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms especially Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Creative thinking and keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and tone of voice.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time from our Mumbai office for the entire duration of the internship.
