From YouTube Shorts to founder storytelling, from AI-powered explainers to narrative-driven carousels, everything we do sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and performance.We believe good content doesn’t just come from good ideas. It comes from solid systems, fast iterations, and sharp execution.That’s where you come in.

What This Role Is

You’ll be in the engine room publishing, coordinating, uploading, tracking, repurposing, cleaning, renaming, retitling… and doing the dozens of small-but-crucial things that make content actually go live.But here’s the fun part: you’ll be doing it in a space where AI meets creativity, where you can experiment with tools, bring your own flavor to content, and have the freedom to test things without waiting for approvals.If you're someone who enjoys getting things done, loves the world of content and wants to learn how real systems are built this is the perfect place to start.

What You’ll Be Doing

Uploading and managing content across multiple platforms
Coordinating day-to-day publishing and keeping our content calendar on track
Keeping track of what’s working, pulling quick performance notes and suggesting small improvements
Collaborating with editors and creators to help streamline their workflow (and maybe even speed them up using AI)

Who This Role Is For

You’ve done some social media work before (college fest, side project, freelance) and you understand the grind
You’re organized and dependable, you don’t drop the ball
You enjoy clean folders, timely uploads and scheduled calendars
You’re not afraid of grunt work, but you want to learn how the entire system works
You’re excited to be in a space where AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) are part of the creative process and not just buzzwords

Know how YouTube SEO and retention works
Can edit a video, tweak a thumbnail or format a carousel
Have used AI tools to save time, write faster, or create content
