Job Title: 2D & 3D Animator + Social Media Graphic Designer Location: Pune (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–4 years (B2B experience preferred) About the Company TechSampark is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that partners with some of India’s most innovative B2B, deep tech, and healthtech brands. We specialize in turning complex ideas into clear, compelling content that drives real results through strategic campaigns and impactful visual design. Our work spans animation, social media, websites, brand storytelling, and performance-driven marketing. With a strong portfolio of fast-scaling clients, TechSampark offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility projects that push creative and strategic boundaries. About the Role We are looking for a skilled 2D and 3D Animator with graphic design expertise to join our team full-time at our Pune office . The ideal candidate will have experience creating both animated and static content tailored for B2B audiences across platforms. ⚠️ This is an in-office role . Key Responsibilities Develop 2D and 3D animations for product explainers, marketing videos, and brand content Design static and motion graphics for social media, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram Create visual assets, infographics, and carousels aligned with B2B brand guidelines Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver effective visual communication Design mockups and prototypes in Figma where required Create social media infographics and quick-turnaround assets using Canva Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high quality under tight timelines Adapt quickly to changing requirements and feedback Required Skills 3–4 years of experience in animation and design (B2B focus strongly preferred) Prior agency experience is preferred to demonstrate the ability to work across multiple projects and clients Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Hands-on experience with Blender for 3D modeling and animation Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma Excellent visual storytelling and animation fundamentals Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment , manage tight timelines, juggle projects, and accommodate feedback quickly Bonus Skills Industrial Design Product Design Print collateral design (brochures, flyers, etc.) Website design and layout Brand identity development Video editing (beyond animation) Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume.
