Job Description: SMM Executive (1+ Year Experience)

Position: Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive
Experience: 1+ Year
Location: Trivandrum
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Run paid social media campaigns and boost posts where required.
Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and analytics to improve performance.
Collaborate with the design and video team for creatives and reels.
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
Assist in influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Ability to create engaging content ideas and captions.
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager preferred.
Good communication and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
