Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage and grow our brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver engaging content that aligns with our company’s messaging and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency in content, tone, and messaging across platforms. Create, plan, and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Develop and share engaging content tailored to the target audience.
• Repurpose and optimize content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Research and use relevant hashtags aligned with post themes and industry trends.
• Schedule posts at optimal times to boost audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze user metrics, engagement, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Maintain a secure database of login credentials for all social media accounts.
• Perform online reputation management to ensure positive brand perception.

Good to Have:

Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Publer, etc.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting. A keen eye for creative and out-of-the-box strategies to drive engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 1-2 years in social media management
Strong proficiency in English and effective communication skills. Must provide Instagram profile links of previous clients/projects managed.
