Job Description:

MQlus Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 1 years of experience to strategize, create, and manage engaging social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and driving business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute data-driven social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create & Manage engaging content (graphics, videos, and posts) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Plan & Optimize paid and organic social media campaigns for audience engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor & Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
• Engage & Interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends.
• Stay Updated with the latest industry trends, social media updates, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
