Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive who can also lead and manage Public Relations (PR) activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and proactive with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence across digital platforms while building meaningful relationships with media, influencers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Develop, implement, and manage creative social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and shareable content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, videos) aligned with the brand’s voice.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Public Relations (PR)
• Draft press releases, media kits, and brand stories to increase visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, bloggers, and industry influencers.
• Manage event publicity, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required.
• Brand Communication
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels (social, PR, and offline).
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, marketing) for campaign execution.
• Support brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management and PR activities.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools & analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and think creatively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
