ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across all major platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, trend-savvy, and understands how to grow social presence through strategic content, analytics, and daily platform management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, plan, and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Conceptualize creative ideas, reels, posts, and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and DMs.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and content writers to execute campaigns.
• Track analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare performance reports.
• Manage influencer coordination and collaborations when required.
• Ensure consistent branding, tone, and visual style across all content.
• Support in campaign planning, brainstorming, and creative strategy sessions.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

• 1–2 years of social media handling experience

• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
• Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense and ideation skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).

• Good communication, coordination, and storytelling skills.
