About Super20IAS

Super20IAS is a fast-growing, student-focused coaching institute for UPSC & State PCS preparation, known for small batch mentoring (20 students max), simplified teaching, skill-based learning, and psychological strategy-building for competitive exams. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to grow our online outreach.

Job Timings

• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3 Days Work From Home per week (Flexible Hybrid Model)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and handling all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, etc.)
• Creating engaging content (posts, reels, captions, basic scripts) aligned with UPSC/education branding
• Planning, designing, and executing social media campaigns
• Increasing reach, engagement, and lead generation
• Coordinating with faculty/content team for academic posts
• Tracking performance and suggesting improvements

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Additional Performance-Based Commissions (lead generation & campaign results)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing & content creation
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube & analytics
• Creative mindset with execution discipline
• Experience in education/coaching sector is a plus (not mandatory)
