About Us

Boost My Brand (BMB) is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in fashion, streetwear, and jewelry brands. We focus on delivering aggressive growth for our clients through performance marketing, cutting-edge website development, and creative campaigns. We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and has working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a focus on high ROI and performance-driven results.
• Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, and bid strategies.
• Implement and track SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Work with Shopify & WordPress websites for campaign tracking, pixel setup, landing page updates, and minor optimizations.
• Create and monitor marketing funnels, track analytics, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and web teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in Performance Marketing with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and WordPress platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs preferred).
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver on ROAS/lead targets.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion/e-commerce marketing.
• Familiarity with influencer campaigns and creative briefing.
• Knowledge of email marketing & automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
