About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Associate to join our team and support in shaping QShala’s digital presence. The role involves managing our social media channels, supporting SEO initiatives, creating engaging content, and building conversations with our community of learners, educators, and quiz enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage QShala’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Draft, edit and schedule posts aligned with brand voice and content calendar
• Research trending formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to learning, quizzing, and education
• Engage with the online community: respond to messages, comments, and interact with partner/educator pages
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and other stakeholders to deliver creative assets
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Support SEO initiatives: optimise web and blog content, research keywords, and improve discoverability
• Coordinate with internal teams to showcase workshops, events, and campaigns on digital platforms
• Assist in campaign planning, influencer/partner outreach, and special projects

Preferred Background

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
• Familiarity with SEO basics (keyword research, on-page optimisation, analytics)
• Strong communication and writing skills; creativity in storytelling is key
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Bonus: Interest in quizzing, education, or edtech content
