Job Description: Social Media Manager We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about social media and have a knack for creating captivating content, we want to hear from you. Your primary focus will be to enhance our social media presence, boost viewership, and drive engagement. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Operations to develop innovative strategies and produce engaging content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies for Mindception, Lab 360, and HooplaKidz. Create visually appealing memes and original content that is fresh, informative, and engaging. Stay ahead of social media trends and use them to enhance our content. Collaborate with the social media team to manage the campaign calendar and ensure alignment with company objectives. Work closely with the Video Editing Team and Designers to integrate and enhance meme content with multimedia elements. Manage and optimize social media channels to ensure consistent posting and high performance across all platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Proven 4+ years of experience in a social media management role, preferably within an agency setting.
