Job Summary:We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, building brand awareness, managing communities, tracking performance, and driving audience growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and voice. Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) across all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns. Run paid social media campaigns and monitor their performance. Track KPIs and provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partners for collaborations. Use social media tools and analytics platforms to manage scheduling and reporting (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
