Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and oversee content creation (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, blogs).
Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitor activity.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Build and nurture influencer/brand collaborations.
Continuously optimize strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
Up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
