Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand’s digital presence and lead a small team of talented creators. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, understands social media algorithms, and can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Create engaging, trend-driven, and platform-specific content to boost reach and engagement.
• Plan, launch, and manage organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in leading or managing a team.
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) is a strong plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
