Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Social Media Manager to lead our resort’s digital presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive bookings. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital storytelling, hospitality branding, content creation, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals.
  • Plan monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Align campaigns with resort promotions, seasonal offers, events, and guest experiences.

Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee the production of photo, video, and written content showcasing the resort, amenities, dining, events, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams or external photographers/videographers.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all visual and written communications.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture a loyal online community and influencer relationships.
  • Engage with relevant travel, hospitality, and lifestyle communities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversion, ROI).
  • Use insights to improve content performance and audience targeting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with PR, sales, reservations, F&B, and spa teams to align messaging.
  • Support marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and influencer activations.
  • Coordinate live coverage for resort events and seasonal celebrations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in growing and managing social media accounts (Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot).
  • In-depth knowledge of social trends, influencer marketing, and content formats.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with luxury hotels, resorts, or boutique properties.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, and influencer contract negotiation.
  • Photography or video editing skills are a strong plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
