Job Summary We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) . You will be responsible for content strategy, community engagement, campaign execution, and performance analytics across our pages to drive brand awareness, engagement, and patient leads. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow official Meta (Facebook & Instagram) pages. Plan and execute monthly content calendars (reels, posts, stories, live sessions). Coordinate with design team for creatives and post approvals. Run and optimize paid promotions via Meta Ads Manager. Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers in real-time. Analyze insights, create monthly reports on reach, engagement & conversions. Collaborate with clinics/branches to promote events, testimonials, services. Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes and best practices. Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication. Requirements Proven experience managing brand pages on Facebook & Instagram . Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite . Strong content and visual sense (reels, carousel, story formats). Knowledge of social media metrics, targeting, and A/B testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic sector is preferred.
