Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own Skysecure’s presence across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role blends strategic storytelling, analytics, and campaign execution to build Skysecure’s digital voice, strengthen brand authority, and generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy aligned with Skysecure’s business goals (cybersecurity, AI, managed services, partnerships).
• Build monthly editorial calendars covering thought leadership, customer case studies, events, and campaigns.

Content Creation & Management

• Create and manage posts, reels, infographics, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Repurpose content tailored for LinkedIn (B2B/professional voice) and Meta platforms (visual/engagement-first).
• Coordinate with designers/agencies for high-impact creatives.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track engagement, impressions, follower growth, CTR, and lead conversions.
• Provide weekly dashboards and monthly insights to leadership.
• Run A/B tests to refine campaigns and boost ROI.

Growth & Paid Campaigns

• Manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads for targeted lead generation.
• Optimize campaigns across BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing segments.
• Amplify events, webinars, and partnership announcements digitally.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Respond to comments, queries, and industry discussions.
• Highlight Skysecure leadership with executive-level polish.
• Keep up with platform updates and emerging trends (AI content, AR/VR activations).

Required Skills

• 4–7 years managing LinkedIn & Meta for B2B/Tech brands.
• Strong balance of storytelling + analytics.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM tools.
• Strong copywriting and ability to draft executive-level content.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or SaaS/IT services preferre
