About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes storytelling, trends, and design.
This role isn't just about managing posts it's about building communities, creating conversations, and shaping brand voice across platforms for Carysil and Sternhagen.
You'll conceptualize campaigns, collaborate with creators and influencers, and turn content into culture.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage social media strategy and execution across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) for both brands.
Create and curate engaging, design-driven content that reflects the brands lifestyle DNA.
Develop social-first campaigns and collaborations with influencers, creators, and design partners.
Plan and oversee shoots, reels, and video storytelling that bring product experiences to life.
Analyze performance metrics, audience insights, and trends to optimize engagement and growth.
Partner closely with Marketing, Design, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all content.
Stay ahead of digital trends, viral formats, and new social tools to keep both brands relevant and aspirational.

What You Bring
25 years of experience managing social media for premium, design, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
Deep understanding of content strategy, visual storytelling, and influencer marketing.
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences through creative and authentic storytelling.
Strong sense of design aesthetics, tone of voice, and brand personality.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills with a finger on the pulse of what's trending.
