Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation tools. Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati preferred). Creativity and attention to detail.
