Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to enhance our brand’s online presence and support an engaging digital strategy. The candidate will manage our social media platforms, website content, and join the team in property video shoots to create compelling visual stories for our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), including daily posting, engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Develop, curate, and schedule content for the website and all digital platforms.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and accompanying the team (including the founder) for video and photo shoots at properties, capturing behind-the-scenes content and creating engaging reels/stories.
  • Edit, upload, and publish videos and photos on social media, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and message.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to improve social media presence and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the photographer/videographer and other team members to ensure timely production and publication of content.
  • Regularly update website content related to new listings, blog posts, and company news.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and contests to boost reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital and real estate marketing trends.
  • Report on performance and suggest improvements for wider reach and better engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar and adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline; experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management preferred.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic photo/video editing apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative with a passion for storytelling and real estate.
  • Ability to travel with the team for on-location shoots (within city limits as required).
  • Organized, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
