Customer Relationship Executive (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide prospective buyers through their property buying journey, answer inbound enquiries, nurture leads, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding property listings and real estate offerings.
• Guide and educate clients about suitable property options, assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with customers by providing regular support and proactive communication.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-ups via telephone, email, and messages until closure or further qualification.
• Update customer information, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system accurately and regularly.
• Coordinate with sales and site visit teams to help schedule appointments and property tours for interested clients.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and keep track of lead progress.
• Achieve targets related to client engagement, lead nurturing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any discipline; experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
