Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager, your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will proactively connect with clients to understand their needs and ensure repeat orders. Your responsibilities also include serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requirements, and feedback. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any challenges promptly is essential.
