Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager (SEO & Paid Ads Specialist) located in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media platforms, managing paid ads campaigns, and creating engaging content. The role also includes monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 

  social media strategies

   to generate leads and build brand presence.
• Manage 

  SEO strategy

   for content and landing pages to increase organic traffic.
• Plan, run, and optimize 

  Google Ads

   and 

  Meta Ads campaigns

   targeting student recruitment.
• Analyze campaigns using metrics, conversion tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, student-focused campaigns.
• Monitor trends, emerging tools, and platforms to keep Global Scholars ahead in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in 

  social media management, SEO, and paid digital advertising

  .
• Hands-on expertise in 

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, student recruitment, and higher education marketing.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to 

  analyse data and optimise campaigns

   for measurable results.
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
