Job Title: Social Media Manager – Lead Generation & Pages Management
Reporting To: Head of Marketing / CBO

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing social media strategies focused on lead generation for franchises, memberships, and retail sales. This role will also manage all brand social media pages, ensuring consistent branding, high engagement, and data-driven growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Design and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate quality leads for franchises and memberships.
  • Create conversion-driven funnels from awareness to inquiry, using retargeting and remarketing techniques.
  • Maintain and monitor daily lead pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and handover to the sales team.
  • Optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL) and Conversion Rate (CR) using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track lead quality and ROI from campaigns.

2. Social Media Pages Management

  • Manage and update official pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Ensure all posts, reels, stories, and videos are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing.
  • Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and inquiries on social platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activities and trends to keep content fresh and innovative.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, followers growth, CTR, CPL, and lead conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Use insights to improve targeting, content, and ad spends.

4. Brand Building & Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain an active online community of customers, franchise prospects, and members.
  • Engage with local influencers, bloggers, and partners for brand collaborations.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and voice across all communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven lead generation results.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and basic SEO.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools for content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills for engaging social content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
