Social Media Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a social-first creative powerhouse who lives and breathes Instagram. You know what’s trending before it trends, you’ve built your own page from scratch, and you love creating funny, relatable, and viral reels. This role is perfect for someone who’s an influencer at heart but craves the excitement and stability of a full-time brand role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram strategy and content for a fast-growing D2C brand (beauty/skincare/makeup focused).
• Ideate, shoot, and edit Reels in line with viral formats and brand tone.
• Spot and act on emerging Instagram trends, audios, and formats quickly.
• Build relatable, fun, and visual content that builds community and drives engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and launches.
• Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and story polls/stickers.
• Own content calendar and daily posting rhythm.
• Mentor or guide junior team members/content interns.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience working with D2C brands (beauty, skincare, or similar) or a content agency with similar clients
• Demonstrated ability to create viral Reels and content that performs.
• Creative mindset with strong instincts for humor, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience with shooting/editing using phone + CapCut/InShot/Instagram tools.
• You genuinely love Instagram and are naturally glued to what’s new and what works.

Bonus Points If You

• You are a female influencer (nano or micro level) who has grown and manages her own Instagram page.
• Understand basics of influencer marketing and how to collaborate/feature others.
• Have cross-posting experience on YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, or Threads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
