Social Media Manager

We're looking for a results-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn budgets into impact - not just impressions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, X, and emerging channels
• Managing end-to-end campaign ownership: planning, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
• Writing high-converting ad copy and briefing design teams with clarity
• Building full-funnel ad systems: cold → retargeting → conversion → upsell
• Developing attribution frameworks using GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, or similar tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated success managing ₹10K to ₹100k+ in ad spend with consistent ROAS > 3x
• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
• Ability to operate independently and make data-backed decisions fast
• Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor
