We’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Manager to lead social campaigns, grow audiences, and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Create and curate engaging content including captions, hashtags, and graphics (in coordination with design team).
• Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interact with communities to boost brand visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple accounts.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
