Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and energetic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social trends, be strong in content planning, and be able to drive brand growth through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and schedule daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage social media calendars, captions, and publishing.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Run paid ads (optional but beneficial).

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or content creation tools.
• Excellent writing, captioning & communication skills.
• Ability to analyze insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity, trend awareness, and strong storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of social media ads is a plus.

Eligibility & Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• 1–4 years of experience in social media management (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Young, dynamic, and energetic candidates preferred.
• Must be comfortable working from office (if applicable).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
