  • Portalwiz Technologies is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind strengthening our clients' brand image in the digital space and ensuring consistent, innovative, and engaging brand communication. 


Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness by researching and analyzing current trends and audience preferences.
  • Create and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor ROI, SEO performance, and web traffic metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Design and publish engaging daily content (text, images, videos, blogs, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams – marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Respond to online queries, engage with followers, and manage customer reviews.
  • Oversee visual branding on social media accounts (e.g., covers, profiles, blog layouts).
  • Suggest and execute new digital initiatives such as contests and promotions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in branding and marketing.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in brand management, content creation, or social media.
  • Strong experience in brand growth, product positioning, and new product/brand launches.
  • Creative copywriting skills with a strong grasp of SEO and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and content management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with great time management.
  • A strategic thinker who loves building brands from the ground up.
  • A creative mind with strong storytelling and marketing instincts.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone passionate about continuous learning and digital innovation.
