Social Media Manager

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at Plading, you will play a vital role in developing and executing impactful social media strategies for our clients. Your creativity and digital expertise will drive engagement, build strong online communities, enhance brand visibility, and contribute directly to the growth and success of both our clients and our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand voice, goals, and audience.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Build and execute content calendars using scheduling and management tools.
• Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Basic Awareness about content creation tools and digital design platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
