About the Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of delegated tasks and deliver high-quality solutions across both frontend and backend. You’ll work closely with our founder and collaborate on diverse projects ranging from client websites to custom web and mobile applications . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced projects, and can pick up new technologies quickly when needed . Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Build responsive, performant, and accessible UIs for web and mobile. Work with frameworks like React.js, Next.js, React Native (Expo) or similar. Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations . Backend Development Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express, or other modern frameworks . Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase ). Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices. Project Delivery Translate business requirements into modular, scalable code . Write tests and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices. Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications. Collaboration Work directly with the founder and project managers to meet client deadlines. Provide technical input on architecture and tool selection . Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality . Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer. Strong knowledge of TypeScript . Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, NextJS, or similar). Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, Django, etc.). Strong database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL). Understanding of REST APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus). Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a team. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Render). Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines . Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify. An eye for UX, performance optimization, and SEO best practices .
