Social Media Manager

About the Role

Persona Studios is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with the ability to manage brand presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence.
• Plan and create engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Keep up-to-date with the latest algorithms, features, and trends to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends.
• Basic knowledge of video/photo editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic designing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
