Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience

- Manage and optimize our social media presence, including profile creation, content calendar development, and paid advertising campaigns

- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure aligned social media efforts

- Will have to travel to all the four centers in Bangalore.

Requirements:

- Relevant certification in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification)

- 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing (freshers with relevant certification are encouraged to apply)

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and videography

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

- Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
