Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Ad Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for strategizing, creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager) Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize ads for better ROI Define target audiences and create compelling ad creatives and copy Collaborate with designers and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies Stay updated with Meta platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices Monitor and manage daily ad budgets and adjust spending to maximize performance Requirements: Proven experience in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, ROAS, and other ad performance metrics Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Good communication and copywriting skills Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
