Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and reviews timely.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and relevant content.
• Analyze social media performance using metrics and tools, and optimize content and campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
• Manage and coordinate social media advertising and influencer partnerships as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses, preferably in textiles, retail, or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of key social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
