Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's social media platforms, including developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media posts, and monitoring engagement. The role involves regular communication with internal teams to align social media content with business goals and writing impactful social media content. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for analyzing social media metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret metrics
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in event management or related industry is a plus
