Job Description

We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Remote | Min. 1 Year Experience)

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong background in performance marketing, content strategy, post scheduling, analytics, and growth. If you have a passion for social media, love creating strategies that deliver measurable results, and are ready to grow with us, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across multiple platforms.
Manage paid performance marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools.
Stay updated with trends and optimize strategies for growth.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in performance marketing & social media analytics.
Strong knowledge of content strategy and audience engagement.
Proficiency in social media tools and ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
