Job Summary: Sant Eshwer Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to will be the central figure overseeing the Foundation’s day-to-day functioning, leading staff and volunteers, supervising event execution, and ensuring alignment across departments and partnerships. This individual will play a critical leadership role in shaping the Foundation’s impact and visibility. He will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that drive the foundation’s impact in areas of women and child welfare, educational advancement, and community development, particularly in remote and underserved areas. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Operations & Office Management Oversee and streamline daily operations of the Delhi office. Supervise team members, interns, and volunteers. Ensure documentation, reports, and internal processes are updated and efficient. Program & Event Leadership Lead planning and execution of key programs including: Sant Eshwer Samman Sant Eshwer Samvaad se Badlaav Sant Eshwer Arogya Setu etc Develop timelines, assign roles, manage logistics and ensure follow-ups. Partnerships & CSR Coordination Maintain and nurture relationships with CSR partners, academic institutions, and collaborators. Draft reports, impact summaries, and proposals for partner presentations. Strategy, Content & Communication Provide inputs on program content, storytelling, and outreach strategy. Represent the Foundation in external meetings, forums, and youth events. Team Development and Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, providing mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. Foster an organizational culture that values teamwork, respect, integrity, and dedication to social service. Recruit, train, and retain talent that aligns with the foundation’s values and mission. Supervise Program Associates, Social Media Team, and field volunteers. Facilitate regular team check-ins, task allocation, and mentorship. Key Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in preferably non-profit sector, with a focus on social development, education, or community outreach. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of strategic planning, program execution, and team leadership. Ability to inspire and mobilize stakeholders around a common mission. Strong decision-making skills with a commitment to transparency and accountability. Technical Skills: Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and fundraising. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the nonprofit sector. Experience with impact measurement and program evaluation. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
