Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sikar for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating content, optimizing social media platforms, and enhancing brand presence. Day-to-day tasks will include planning content calendars, engaging with the audience, monitoring social media metrics, and reporting on performance. Additionally, collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies will be crucial.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with the audience
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Proficiency in Writing and content creation
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on social media performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
