Social Media Manager & Influencer Management

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager (Influencer Marketing) to lead our influencer partnerships and drive engagement across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital culture, strong relationships with influencers, and knows how to turn brand messages into viral moments.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, budgets, and deliverables.

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (ROI, reach, engagement, conversions).

Social Media Management:

Own and manage the brand's social media strategy and daily content across platforms.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (in collaboration with content creators or design teams).

Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Respond to community comments and DMs in line with brand voice.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and their influencer ecosystems.

Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from start to finish.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience using tools like CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar (preferred).

Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Facebook, Google Analytics).

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in PR, communications, or influencer agencies is a plus.

Passion for [insert relevant industry: e.g. fashion, beauty, tech, fitness].

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of what performs well on different platforms.
